1) Have you read and do you agree with the Escape Mission Statement? Do you have any comments about it?
I have read the statement and agree that an applicant should be reviewed by both personality and performance in-game.

2) We raid Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday 7-11 Server time(MST). Are you available for the full duration of each raid night on a regular basis? Please tell us about exceptions.
I am available all 3 raid days and can stay for the entire duration.

3) Do you know any members of Escape?
Hospital.

4)What is your most recent guild and why are you leaving? What other guilds have you raided with in the past? Please list the content you experienced with those guilds and explain your reasons for leaving them.
US Horder Patrol - I have joined briefly to gain 25-Man experience. I am not completely happy with the core raider's performance.
Scion - PreBC from Molten Core to Naxxramas.
Continuum - Scion name switched during BC, and I raided into Sunwell Plateau.
Rebirth - Continuum name changed into WoTLK. Under this name I went into Ulduar.
Divinity Within - I experienced ToC.

5) What is your current progression in ICC, 10 and 25?
I have experience in 10/12 Heroic 10-Man and 8/12 Heroic 25-Man with LK kills both on Normal. I was not brought into Heroic Marrowgar 25 which explains why I did not have that kill. In addition, I have done around 20 or so attempts on Heroic Putricide 25, wiping a few times at 100k hp. I am fairly confident that I am around Escape's level of progression.

6) We require our members to have a boss mod with chat bubbles enabled. What boss mod and other add-ons do you use?
For a boss mod, I use DBM. As far as other add-ons, I only use Omen. I play using the default UI.

7) Do you have Ventrillo installed on your computer? Do you currently own a working microphone?
I have Ventrillo and a working microphone.

8) What resources/websites do you use to prepare for new bosses? What resources/websites do you use to continue learning about your class?
I use WoWwiki to familiarze myself with a new boss' abilities. I look at TankSpot for strategy suggestions, and videos, and also look at other strategies and guild fights on YouTube in order to get a wider perspective on how the fight is executed. As far as my class goes, I evaluate patch notes and read if there are any major changes that would affect that way Elemental Shamans DPS. I also view ElitistJerks in order to adapt to new changes in patches, or simply to view theorycrafting.
9) Please post a link to the logs of a recent raid if you have one. If you are transferring servers, this is required. Our members can tell you how to set it up if it would help.

10) All raiders are required to provide appropriate consumables to maximize their role including flasks, elixirs, potions, reagents, food, and glyphs as needed. Though repairs are paid for mains, Try-outs and Candidates pay their own repairs. Are you willing and able to provide your toon with these required items?
I am able to pay for my own repairs, flasks, and food.

11) We maintain a rotating Sit Out list used as required. Please review the Sit-Out Policy. Would you have any issues in abiding by it?
I would not have any issues with it considering that it is a completely fair policy.

12) Why do you want to join Escape? How were you referred to our guild?
The times work perfectly for me allowing me to attend every raid. Hospital, who was the one who refered me to the guild, has been telling me about how things are run as far as your loot system and in general just the kind-hearted people he raids with. I have also been watching him raid, and I would thoroughly enjoy being able to raid with this guild.

13) Is there anything else you want us to know?
Thank you for taking the time to review my application. If I was to be accepted as a Try Out, I would not have a problem server transfering in a heart beat.
