To combine players who meet a dual standard of excellence, both in player performance and real-life character, in order to progress through challenging content while maintaining an enjoyable atmosphere.

• Player Performance - The in-game character must be well-geared and played skillfully to maximize the efforts of the rest of the group.
• Real-Life Character - The individual behind the keyboard must be respectful, mature, prepared, committed, and generally "fit in" with the group.
